Jakarta, 4 March 2021 - In regard to its 61st Anniversary commemoration, PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (“WIKA”) and its business entities are carrying out a series of corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities named as WIKA Untuk Indonesia which is held from 6 February to 5 March 2021. One of the events including WIKA Mengajar which is conducted as online event held simultaneously at 61 high schools in Indonesia. As a subsidiary of WIKA, PT Wijaya Karya Realty ("WIKA Realty") participated in this program andheld teaching activities at SMK Bina Prestasi, Tambun, Bekasi and SMK Perguruan Rakyat, East Jakarta on Thursday (4/3). 

With "Directors Teaching Online" programme, Agung Budi Waskito as the President Director of WIKA leads as the main speaker and Nicki Clara, who is a "womenpreneur" businessman as the guest speaker. In the first session, Agung Budi Waskito gives explanation regarding the working world, especially at WIKA as a business corporation in the State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) Construction sector. In addition, Agung Budi Waskito also provides motivation aims for students to become eager to pursue their aspirations to work in their future careers. "I also want to give a message for the teachers and principals, especially with the existence of online teaching to teach the importance of innovation for students". Furthermore, Nicki Clara also teaches students to always be confident even though they have disanvatage, especially for people with disabilities. 

Not only WIKA Mengajar, various other CSR activities carried out are the distribution of basic necessities and beautification of public facilities as well as making water faucets in the area around the company project. WIKA Realty on Friday (26/2) distributed 172 groceries for employees in the property management business unit.
