Jakarta, June 20, 2025 – In celebration of the 498th Anniversary of DKI Jakarta, PT Wijaya Karya Realty (“WIKA Realty”) held a vibrant and spirited Jakarta-themed event titled “Seberape Jakarta Kite? WIKA Realty Version.” The event took place on Friday (06/20) at the 15th floor of Tamansari Hive Office and was attended by Adhi Priyanto Putro, Director of Development and Human Capital, Rizka Kautsar, Executive Vice President, as well as members of the management team and all WIKA Realty employees dressed in traditional Betawi attire such as kebaya encim and baju sadariah.

Adhi Priyanto officially opened the event and expressed his appreciation and enthusiasm toward all participants for their involvement in enlivening the celebration. “Today is a special day. As the WIKA Realty family, we are here to celebrate Jakarta’s 498th Anniversary as a reflection of our appreciation for the city’s rich cultural diversity. We also hope this event strengthens the harmony within WIKA Realty,” said Adhi.

A variety of competitions added to the festivity, including a pantun (traditional rhyming poem) contest, a Betawi song lyric continuation challenge, and a quiz on fun facts about Jakarta and WIKA Realty.

The event was held to showcase appreciation for the culture and the role Jakarta has played in WIKA Realty’s journey. To support this spirit, a Best Costume competition was also held to honor employees with the best traditional Betawi attire. The session concluded with exciting door prizes and gifts for participating employees.

Through this celebration of Jakarta’s 498th Anniversary, WIKA Realty not only commemorated the city's founding but also embraced the spirit of togetherness and deepened its love for the city that has witnessed the company’s growth and development.
