Jakarta, 22 December 2025 — In commemoration of Mother’s Day, PT Wijaya Karya Realty (“WIKA Realty”) held a Health Talk themed “Reproductive Wellness: Building a Healthy Future for Women”, featuring dr. Upik Anggraheni, SpOG, Subsp. FER, an Obstetrician and Gynecologist from Smart Fertility Clinic North Bekasi. The event, initiated by Srikandi WIKA Realty, took place on Monday (22/12) at the Tamansari Room, 12th Floor, Tamansari Hive Office, and was attended by all female employees of WIKA Realty’s Head Office.
In his opening remarks, Yoppi Priatmoko, Director of Finance, Human Capital, and Risk Management of WIKA Realty, stated that Mother’s Day serves as an important momentum to raise awareness among female employees about the importance of maintaining reproductive health as part of building a better quality of life and a healthier future. “Through this activity, WIKA Realty is committed to providing an educational space that is both informative and practical for employees in maintaining the balance of physical and mental health,” said Yoppi.
In her presentation, dr. Upik Anggraheni emphasized the importance of early understanding of women’s reproductive health, including the menstrual cycle, fertility, and various reproductive organ disorders such as PCOS, cysts, and cervical cancer. “Most reproductive organ disorders can be prevented through the adoption of a healthy lifestyle, including a balanced diet with adequate protein intake, sufficient fluid consumption, proper stress management, and maintaining an ideal body weight,” explained dr. Upik. She also highlighted the importance of HPV vaccination and routine Pap Smear examinations as early detection measures for cervical cancer, as well as meeting vitamin requirements, including vitamin D3 for adult women.
The event was supported by Smart Fertility Clinic, Dexa Medica, and Cleo, and was complemented by a Mini Medical Check-Up (MCU) for all participants. The examinations included blood pressure, cholesterol levels, uric acid, and blood glucose tests. Through this initiative, WIKA Realty hopes to enhance awareness and care among female employees regarding reproductive health, as a vital foundation in building healthy and high-quality generations across time.
