Jakarta, January 21, 2026 — In celebration of its 26th Anniversary on January 20, 2026, PT Wijaya Karya Realty (“WIKA Realty”) organized a series of Corporate Social Responsibility (“CSR”) initiatives focused on humanity, health, and education. These activities represent the company's concrete commitment to generating a positive and sustainable impact on society.

Among the featured CSR initiatives was a blood donation drive held on Tuesday (13/01) at the Tamansari Hive Office in East Jakarta, which saw active participation from WIKA Realty personnel. The drive successfully collected 75 blood bags, which were subsequently distributed through relevant authorities to help meet the community's demand for blood supplies.

In addition, WIKA Realty distributed natural disaster relief funds and supplies on Saturday (17/01) to support teaching and learning activities at emergency schools located in Rantau Bintang Village and Sukamulia Village, Banda Mulia District, Aceh Tamiang Regency, Aceh. Received directly by the collaborating doctor, the assistance package included hundreds of school supplies and stationery sets, dozens of copies of the Holy Qur'an and Iqro books, as well as hundreds of food and beverage packages for both students and educators. “For WIKA Realty, celebrating our 26th anniversary is not just about festivities, but about how the company's presence can deliver a real impact for the community,” said Saskia Ayu Megananda, Corporate Secretary of WIKA Realty.

Furthermore, WIKA Realty parallelly organized blood donation drives across its managed properties and hotels. Notably, an initiative held at the Laswi Heritage area by Tamansari Laswi City in collaboration with the Best Western Premier La Grande Hotel successfully collected 108 blood bags.
