Jakarta, 8 June 2023 — PT Wijaya Karya Realty (“WIKA Realty”) won 2 (two) awards at the TOP CSR Awards 2023. At the event organized by Top Business Magazine, WIKA Realty was named the TOP CSR Awards in the 4 Stars category with very good title, while the President Director of WIKA Realty, Agus Haryoto Widodo was successfully selected as the TOP Leader on CSR Commitment 2023.

The two awards were received directly by the Director of Realty and Property Business, Puspita Anggraeni representing WIKA Realty on Wednesday (07/06) at the Dian Ballroom, Raffles Hotel, Jakarta. "We will use WIKA Realty's success in winning this award as a motivation to remain consistent in developing TJSL programs in encouraging sustainable company growth." said Puspita Anggraeni.

During the judging held on Tuesday (02/05), Wijanarko Yuwono as Corporate Secretary of WIKA Realty explained that the company always carries out programs and activities of the Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) program by adapting the triple bottom lines principle, namely (Profit, Planet, and People), in order to create and support sustainable development (Sustainable Development Goals/SDGs). Furthermore, WIKA Realty through its area, Tamansari and the hotels under its auspices are committed to developing the TJSL program, including the utilization of hotel waste in the TanjungBird Foster Village, Tangerang, Banten by the Hotel Kyriad Airport Jakarta, the Clean Movement along the Sekanak River , Palembang by Tamansari Swarna, as well as a greening program in the Manado Ring Road area by Tamansari Metropolitan Manado.

The achievement of these two awards has strengthened WIKA Realty's position as a company that does not only focus on business, but also pays attention to social and environmental impacts. Therefore, WIKA Realty is committed to continuously improving the development of the TJSL program which provides positive benefits and contributions to all stakeholders. This year, WIKA Realty won the TOP CSR Award by increasing one star level after previously winning the TOP CSR Awards in the 3 Stars category in 2021.
