Jakarta, December 4, 2025 — In an effort to enhance the quality of facilities and services, Best Western Premier The Hive, one of the hotels managed by PT Wijaya Karya Realty (“WIKA Realty”), has officially launched the New Deluxe Room as its latest innovation, designed to deliver greater comfort and a refreshed guest experience. The launch event, held on Thursday (04/12), was attended by the Board of Directors and management of WIKA Realty as well as representatives from BWH Indonesia.

Director of Development and Marketing of WIKA Realty, Adhi Priyanto Putro, stated that this upgrade is part of the company’s strategy to strengthen its property management portfolio, particularly within the hospitality segment. “WIKA Realty is committed to maintaining asset quality so that it remains relevant to market needs while delivering added value for both hotel owners and operators,” he said.

Megawati Rahmat, General Manager of Best Western Premier The Hive, added that the launch of the New Deluxe Room marks an important milestone in the hotel’s journey. “This upgrade is not merely a change in appearance, but a testament to our commitment to delivering the highest quality for our guests.” The room design was developed with the involvement of WIKA Realty’s certified architects from the Indonesian Institute of Architects (IAI), namely Rani Meilyana, adopting a modern, efficient approach aligned with Best Western’s international brand standards.
