Jakarta, 22 December 2025 — Continuing to strengthen its information security management system, PT Wijaya Karya Realty (“WIKA Realty”) carried out a series of ISO 27001 Awareness and Certification Audit activities for the Information Security Management System. The ISO 27001 Awareness session was held on Thursday (16/12) at the Skylounge Room, Tamansari Hive Office, as part of the preparation for the ISO 27001 Certification Audit, which took place on 17–19 December 2025 at the Hive Room, 12th Floor, Tamansari Hive Office.

The awareness session was attended by cross-functional management of WIKA Realty, including Fery Safaria, President Director; Dwi Purwanto, Vice President of Risk, System & Supply Chain Management; Dwi Purwanto, Vice President of Business Development & Information Technology; Syauqi Nusuki, Vice President of Human Capital Management; along with other members of WIKA Realty’s management team. During the session, participants gained insights into the principles and scope of ISO 27001, audit preparation, and the presentation of WIKA Realty’s IT Masterplan. On this occasion, Fery Safaria highlighted system readiness, information security risk management, and the integration of information security policies with the company’s business strategy.

Subsequently, the ISO 27001:2022 Certification Audit was conducted over three days from 17 to 19 December 2025, involving several members of WIKA Realty’s management team. This audit represented the second stage, following the completion of the first-stage audit on Tuesday (18/11). The audit process was carried out comprehensively to assess compliance with the implementation of the Information Security Management System, the effectiveness of controls, and the consistency of information security policy implementation across all relevant units.

The audit results demonstrated excellent performance, with zero (0) minor findings and zero (0) major findings, indicating that WIKA Realty’s Information Security Management System has been implemented effectively and in full compliance with the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard. “The ISO 27001:2022 certification underscores WIKA Realty’s commitment to safeguarding information security and strengthening information technology governance to maintain stakeholder trust,” said Fery Safaria, President Director of WIKA Realty.

With these results, WIKA Realty has officially achieved ISO 27001:2022 certification, reaffirming the company’s commitment to enhancing information technology governance, data protection, and stakeholder confidence.
