Banten, August 29, 2025 — In support of environmental sustainability and coastal ecosystems, PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (“WIKA”) together with all its subsidiaries, including PT Wijaya Karya Realty (“WIKA Realty”), collaborated with the Gen Z Waste Bank Community to hold a Beach Clean Up activity at Pagedongan Beach, Carita, Banten, on Friday (08/29).

The event began with a light educational session on the importance of protecting the environment and waste segregation, followed by a joint beach clean-up. On this occasion, WIKA Group also donated four sets of organic and inorganic waste bins and two waste shredding machines to the Gen Z Waste Bank Community to strengthen sustainable waste management efforts in the Carita area.

Corporate Secretary of WIKA Realty, Saskia Ayu Megananda, emphasized that this initiative is a tangible form of collaboration between the company and the local community, in line with WIKA Group’s commitment to supporting the UN SDGs Goal 13 (Climate Action) and Goal 14 (Life Below Water).

A representative of the Gen Z Waste Bank Community also expressed appreciation for WIKA Group’s support, which is expected to expand the community’s positive impact in fostering sustainable waste management practices and raising environmental awareness among the public.

Through this Beach Clean Up initiative, WIKA Realty reaffirms its commitment to creating added value for the environment and society, while promoting a cleaner, more sustainable coastal ecosystem.
