Jakarta, January 17, 2025 – PT Wijaya Karya Realty (“WIKA Realty”) held an event to ratify the 2025 Division Work Plan and Budget (RKAP) and the Inauguration of Officials. The event was attended in person by Fery Safaria, President Director; Adhi Priyanto Putro, Director of Development and Human Capital; and Yoppi Priatmoko, Director of Finance and Risk Management, along with the entire management team of WIKA Realty. The event was held on the 12th floor of Tamansari Hive Office, East Jakarta.

The event began with the inauguration of 35 new officials and the ratification of the RKAP, which was conducted by the entire board of directors and each Vice President of the divisions: the Directorate under the President Director; the Directorate of Finance and Risk Management; the Directorate of Marketing Property & Realty; and the Directorate of Development and Human Capital. The ratification of the RKAP marks the initial step and serves as a guideline for executing plans, performance targets, and indicators to be achieved over the next year. “Let the signing of the 2025 RKAP be a commitment to achieve the targets we have set together, to continue developing and improving,” explained Fery Safaria, President Director of WIKA Realty.

With this inauguration and signing, it is hoped to provide motivation and strengthen the determination to realize the company’s vision and mission.
