Improve Service, WIKA Realty Holds Service Excellence Training

Jakarta, November 25, 2023 — PT Wijaya Karya Realty ("WIKA Realty") strives for a commitment to improving service to customers by holding Service Excellence Training at the Best Western Premier The Hive Hotel last Saturday (25/11). This training event was attended by front office, tenant relations, technicians, security, secretary of directors and receptionists in all property areas under Property 1. 


In this activity, Mrs. Diah Ikawati as Human Resource Manager and General Manager of InCharge, was present as the main speaker with a focus on practices and case studies that occurred in each property area.


With the holding of this Service Excellence Training, it is expected that participants will be able to manage tenant complaints well and customer / tenant satisfaction in each property area continues to increase as expected by Mrs. Megawati Rahmat, Property 1 manager, in the closing session. Improved service in handling complaints will increase trust from customers which will also have an impact on maintaining the quality of the company.
