Jakarta, May 9, 2025 – PT Wijaya Karya Realty (“WIKA Realty”) has demonstrated its concrete steps toward becoming a green developer by participating in the official launch of Netro (Smart Net-Zero Growing Modular House System), a product developed by PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk (“WEGE”) in collaboration with PT Dex Solusi Transit (“DEX”). The Grand Launching took place on Friday (05/09) and was attended by key figures, including the Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development, Dr. H. Dr. H. Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono expressed his appreciation for the launch of Netro, stating, “With the introduction of Netro homes, we are demonstrating a tangible commitment to achieving Indonesia’s Net Zero Emission (NZE) target by 2060. This initiative is not merely symbolic, but a crucial step toward a greener and more sustainable future.”

Netro is Indonesia’s first modular housing innovation that incorporates smart systems and a net-zero emission concept. As part of this collaboration, WIKA Realty signed an agreement with WEGE, marking a strategic first step toward becoming a Green Developer in alignment with the company’s sustainable business transformation. Fery Safaria, President Director of WIKA Realty, stated that this cross-entity collaboration within the WIKA Group reflects the company’s commitment to delivering intelligent, efficient, and low-carbon housing. He added that 2024 marks WIKA Realty’s initial step toward becoming a green developer, including through the Tamansari Cyber project in Bogor, which emphasizes energy efficiency, water management, and residential comfort.
