Jakarta, July 22, 2026 — In an effort to communicate priority business strategies and key corporate targets, PT Wijaya Karya Realty (“WIKA Realty”) hosted a Town Hall Meeting titled CEO CONNECT on Wednesday (07/22) at Tamansari Room, 12th Floor, Tamansari Hive Office, East Jakarta. The event was attended in a hybrid format by the Board of Directors, management, and all employees.

During the keynote presentation, Fery Safaria, President Director of WIKA Realty, outlined the company’s current condition, corporate action plans, business streamlining strategies, and upcoming strategic initiatives. Fery underscored the company’s commitment to implementing good corporate governance to ensure long-term business sustainability. He also expressed great optimism and high expectations for all employees. “WIKA Realty individuals must be visionary and crisis-conscious, ensuring that the company remains prepared to face challenges and continues to grow stronger and more resilient,” stated Fery.

On the same occasion, Yoppi Priatmoko, Director of Finance, Human Capital, and Risk Management, presented work programs and development strategies across human resources and finance. He shared an inspiring analogy based on the journey of the football club Como 1907, which underwent an extensive process before achieving success at the top level. Drawing lessons from this journey, Yoppi emphasized the critical importance of building belief, trust, and a solid foundation for operational execution.

Meanwhile, Ilofi Bintoro, Acting Director of Development and Marketing, delivered an evaluation of the Operations Division’s business performance alongside WIKA Realty’s future marketing direction.
