Socialization of Specific AKHLAK Behaviors and the Appointment of Change Agents as a Tangible Step in WIKA Realty's Transformation

Jakarta, August 1, 2024 — In upholding and prioritizing the implementation of the core values of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs), PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk ("WIKA") consistently incorporates the AKHLAK values (Amanah, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative) as its identity and foundation in performing work. As part of the effort to motivate and encourage all employees of the WIKA Group to embody the AKHLAK values, the Director of Human Resources and Transformation of WIKA organized a socialization event on specific AKHLAK behaviors and awarded the AKHLAK pins as a symbol of the appointment of WIKA’s change agents to the subsidiary employees, including 44 employees of PT Wijaya Karya Realty ("WIKA Realty"). The AKHLAK pinning ceremony took place on Thursday (01/08) in the Multi-Purpose Room, WIKA Tower, Cawang, East Jakarta.
Hadjar Seti Adji, the Director of Human Resources and Transformation of WIKA, stated during the AKHLAK behavior socialization that the appointment of these change agents is an essential step in WIKA’s transformation process. "The pinning of AKHLAK for the change agents is not just a symbol but also serves as a tangible guide in every step and decision made. Ultimately, the role of the change agents will be to drive the application of AKHLAK values across all company lines and support the acceleration of the company's transformation process," said Hadjar Seti Adji.
WIKA Realty’s Director of Development and Human Capital, Adhi Priyanto Putro, expressed his appreciation to all WIKA Realty employees selected as change agents. "It is hoped that with the selection of these change agents, they will become the driving force in implementing various change initiatives within the company and be able to improve the performance and productivity of the entire team," said Adhi Priyanto Putro.
WIKA Realty can continue to grow and develop positively while remaining committed to applying AKHLAK as the standard for behavioral values and as a guideline in fostering a work culture that emphasizes family values, mutual support, and sustainable collaboration. The selection of these change agents and the awarding of AKHLAK pins is expected to motivate all WIKA Group employees, including WIKA Realty employees, to continuously enhance their competence, teamwork, and integrity in their work and to contribute their best to the company and society.
