Strengthening Asset Management Quality, WIKA and WIKA Realty Conduct QSHE Patrol at Wikasatrian

Bogor, 15 December 2025 — As part of the company’s ongoing efforts to ensure the consistent implementation of QSHE standards as well as the quality of asset management and environmental services, PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (“WIKA”), together with PT Wijaya Karya Realty (“WIKA Realty”), conducted a QSHE (Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment) Asset Patrol with WIKA’s Operation Asset Management Division (OAMD) at the Wikasatrian area on Monday (15/12).


The QSHE Asset Patrol was attended by the management of WIKA and WIKA Realty, including Dian Anggraini as System Management Manager, Muhammad Nawawi as Project Control Manager, Ruly Amien as Property I Manager, as well as the OAMD team comprising Priyambodo Rangga S as Manager of Project Control & QHSE OAMD and Ulfah Habibah as Manager of Learning Center OAMD. The activity aimed to identify the implementation of best practices and innovations, while also formulating recommendations for future improvements and development in asset management.


In his remarks, Priyambodo Rangga S stated that the QSHE Asset Patrol is expected to reduce potential unsafe conditions and unsafe actions, while improving service quality and QSHE implementation at Wikasatrian. “This activity encourages the strengthening of occupational health and safety risk controls as well as a culture of safety and risk awareness in area management,” he said.


On the same occasion, Rohmat Yunanto, Property Head of Wikasatrian, presented an overview of the area and outlined the readiness of asset management in supporting the implementation of QSHE standards. The series of activities began with the opening session and remarks, followed by an area overview presentation, a technical briefing on the asset patrol process, and site visits to several key locations. The activity concluded with a summary of the site visit findings, QSHE assessment, and closing remarks. Through this initiative, WIKA and WIKA Realty hope that improvements in asset management quality and QSHE implementation at Wikasatrian will continue consistently and sustainably.
