Jakarta, September 8, 2025 — PT Wijaya Karya Realty (“WIKA Realty”) once again achieved recognition by winning two awards at the TOP GRC Awards 2025 organized by Top Business Magazine: the TOP GRC Awards 2025 in the 5 Stars (Highly Excellent) category and The Most Committed GRC Leader 2025, awarded to WIKA Realty’s Director of Finance, Human Capital, and Risk Management, Yoppi Priatmoko. Both awards were personally received by Yoppi Priatmoko on behalf of WIKA Realty at the Dian Ballroom, Hotel Raffles, Jakarta, on Monday (09/08).

“These awards are a testament to our commitment in integrating Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) principles into our business strategy to support sustainable growth,” said Yoppi.

During the judging process (09/03), Yoppi highlighted that GRC serves as a strategic pillar for WIKA Realty through internal governance, digital transformation, risk management strengthening, and sustainability initiatives. The company has implemented a Whistle Blowing System (“WBS”), Anti-Bribery Management System (“SMAP”), web-based grievance channels, ManRisk Online, as well as the integrated SAP system for transparent and accountable business controls, supported by training, socialization, certifications, and ISO 37001:2016 audits.

This achievement is expected to further motivate WIKA Realty to consistently deliver transparent, accountable, and highly competitive business practices, thereby creating added value for stakeholders while supporting sustainable development in Indonesia. This year’s accomplishment also reflects the company’s progress in GRC implementation performance, which was recognized with 3 Stars in 2022, improved to 4 Stars in 2023, and ultimately reaching 5 Stars at the TOP GRC Awards 2025.
