Jakarta, January 3, 2025 – To welcome the new year of 2025, PT Wijaya Karya Realty (“WIKA Realty”) held a CEO Sharing event featuring Fery Safaria, President Director of WIKA Realty, aimed at reflecting on the achievements and outcomes of 2024 and discussing strategic steps for advancing WIKA Realty in 2025. The event was attended by the entire board of directors, management, and all employees and was held in a hybrid format on Friday (01/03) at Tamansari Hive Office, 15th floor, East Jakarta.

In his presentation, Fery Safaria stated, “In 2025, WIKA Realty is committed to continuing various initiatives and transformations initiated in 2024, including the integration of Enterprise Resource Planning (“ERP”) based on System Application and Product (“SAP”), digitizing operational processes, and strengthening the implementation of Environmental, Social, and Governance (“ESG”).” He also outlined several strategies for WIKA Realty, including leveraging strategic opportunities from the Public Housing program initiated by the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises as one of the growth drivers for the coming year.

These steps align with the company’s efforts to enhance efficiency, transparency, and sustainability, aiming to deliver significant added value to stakeholders. In 2024, WIKA Realty participated in six award events, earning 16 trophies and/or certificates, and successfully executed a series of Go Live SAP Phase I and Phase II activities. It is hoped that these achievements in 2024 will continue to grow in 2025. With the CEO Sharing event, it is expected that all employees will remain motivated to contribute their best to the company.

The event also served as a moment to strengthen the spirit of togetherness and collaboration within WIKA Realty, in line with the company’s efforts to realize its vision and mission in 2025.
