Jakarta, June 21, 2024 — In order to strengthen the role of change leaders and support transformation initiatives, PT Wijaya Karya Realty ("WIKA Realty") held a Kick-off Meeting for the Change Leader & Initiative Transformation Program, attended by the board of directors, management, and all employees in a hybrid format on Friday (21/06) at Tamansari Hive Office, East Jakarta.

The Kick-off Meeting was opened by Adhi Priyanto Putro, Director of Development and Human Capital, who also serves as Chief Transformation Officer of WIKA Realty. He emphasized the importance of implementing the qualities of Clear, Fast, and Discipline in every transformation step, which will be key to achieving the company's goals. Therefore, it is necessary to move forward together with a clear vision, speed in action, and discipline in implementation.

During the main event, CEO Talk, Fery Safaria, President Director of WIKA Realty, highlighted the crucial role of change leaders in supporting transformation initiatives within WIKA Realty, as well as the strategies and concrete steps needed to drive positive change to achieve the company's goals. "The role of change leaders is very crucial in ensuring the success of this transformation. Therefore, we need the collaboration and commitment of all WIKA Realty colleagues to advance the company to a better direction," said Fery Safaria.

The next agenda in the event was a sharing session between the board of directors and all WIKA Realty employees.
