Jakarta, October 17, 2025 — PT Wijaya Karya Realty (“WIKA Realty”) held a QSHE Morning Talk with the theme “Creating a Green, Efficient, and Sustainable Office Environment” featuring Kursidi, GA, CSR & GCG Manager from the Corporate Secretary Division. The event, held in a hybrid format on Friday (17/10) at Tamansari Hive Office, East Jakarta, was attended by the Board of Directors, management, and all WIKA Realty employees.

In his session, Kursidi emphasized the importance of applying the principles of Replace, Reuse, Reduce, Recycle, and Rethink as the foundation of a sustainable work culture. Concrete efforts already implemented at the head office include the use of energy-efficient LED lights, maintaining room temperatures between 24–26°C, document digitalization through a digital approval system, and the use of electric vehicles by company directors.

Through this initiative, WIKA Realty encourages all employees to take an active role in creating a greener, more efficient, and sustainable workplace. “Caring for the planet starts from our own desks. Every small action makes a big difference for sustainability,” said Kursidi as he concluded the QSHE Morning Talk session.

“The implementation of these measures has resulted in a 6.6% reduction in electricity consumption and a 41.9% reduction in paper usage between January and September 2025. Beyond lowering operational costs, these initiatives have also strengthened the company’s reputation in upholding Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles,” added Kursidi.

During the session, participants were also invited to share creative, low-cost ideas for environmentally friendly initiatives that could be implemented in the workplace. These ideas are expected to serve as real inspiration for reinforcing a green culture within WIKA Realty.
