Jakarta, 19 December 2025 — The Asset Management Division of PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (“WIKA”) organized the Community of Practice (“CoP”) AssetPreneur as a forum for sharing insights and best practices in asset optimization on Friday (19/12) at the AMD Workspace, 6th Floor, WIKA Tower 2. The event was attended by more than 100 participants and featured Fadli Fauzan, Realty Manager of Tamansari Gangga, and Ryan Hendryanto, Portfolio Development Manager of PT Wijaya Karya Realty (“WIKA Realty”), who presented the strategy “Optimization of Tamansari Gangga Assets” through a property asset management case study. During the event series, WIKA Realty also achieved a notable milestone by winning Second Place in the Asset Competition, held as part of the CoP AssetPreneur, in recognition of its innovative and practical asset optimization concept.

In his presentation, Fadli explained that Tamansari Gangga is a strategic asset optimized through the maximum utilization of existing buildings. “This approach is based on a comprehensive assessment of asset conditions and development potential, positioning Tamansari Gangga as a more productive, value-added, and sustainable asset,” said Fadli.

Meanwhile, Ryan emphasized the importance of asset optimization strategies that are attractive to investors. “Utilizing existing buildings serves as a key appeal in opening opportunities for collaboration with potential investors, while also driving development efficiency and accelerating the realization of measurable business models,” he said.

During the discussion session, the moderator also highlighted the implementation of sustainability principles that can be applied in the management of Tamansari Gangga, including benchmarking against hotels or resorts that have prioritized such principles. This approach underscores WIKA’s commitment to responsible asset optimization—one that not only focuses on economic value but also delivers long-term impact for the environment, communities, and the company’s business resilience.
