WIKA and WIKA Realty Strengthen Safety Governance and Asset Quality through QSHE Asset Patrol at the WIKA Industrial Area

Bogor, 5 December 2025 — PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (“WIKA”), together with PT Wijaya Karya Realty (“WIKA Realty”), conducted a QSHE Asset Patrol at the WIKA Industrial Area (KIW), Bogor, on Thursday (4/12). The activity, initiated by WIKA’s Operation Asset Management Division (“OAMD”), received full support from the WIKA Realty team as the area manager.


The QSHE Patrol was led by Priyambodo Rangga Santosa, Manager of Project Control & QHSE OAMD, and attended by Dwi Purwanto, Vice President of Risk, System & Supply Chain Management of WIKA Realty, along with the management teams of both companies. The patrol aimed to review the implementation of QSHE standards, identify best practices, and formulate recommendations to enhance safety and asset management quality.


In his remarks, Priyambodo emphasized the importance of the patrol in reducing potential unsafe conditions and strengthening a culture of safety and service quality. In line with this, Dwi Purwanto reaffirmed WIKA Realty’s commitment to supporting continuous improvements in asset management standards across the WIKA Group.


The activity also featured a presentation by Gintaris Johanes Tandean, Property Head of KIW, providing updates on area management and QSHE implementation, including OHS and environmental aspects (K3L), inspections of hazardous and non-hazardous waste storage (TPS B3 & Non-B3), 5R implementation, and risk mitigation measures. The session was followed by a site inspection across several areas using the “What If Analysis” method, with findings recorded through the RCA system.


Through this initiative, WIKA and WIKA Realty continue to strengthen a culture of safety, service excellence, and sustainable asset governance, ensuring that the management of the industrial area is conducted safely, orderly, and in alignment with WIKA Group’s QSHE policies.
