Jakarta, 11 December 2025 — PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (“WIKA”), together with all its subsidiaries, including PT Wijaya Karya Realty (“WIKA Realty”), held the Risk Warrior Summit themed “Enhancing Subsidiary Resilience through the 4C Approach” in a hybrid format on Thursday (11/12) at the Hive Room, Tamansari Hive Office. The event served as a strategic forum to strengthen risk awareness culture and enhance the resilience of WIKA’s subsidiaries in navigating increasingly dynamic business challenges.

The event was officially opened by Yoppi Priatmoko, Director of Finance, Human Capital, and Risk Management of WIKA Realty, who, in his virtual remarks, expressed appreciation for the implementation of the Risk Warrior Summit and emphasized the importance of business entities being well-prepared in managing risks amid rapidly evolving industry dynamics.

Subsequently, Muhammad Abdi, Senior Vice President of RMQHSE at WIKA, reiterated the importance of Value Risk Management as a fundamental framework for protecting corporate value while creating new added value. He expressed his hope that the Risk Warrior Summit would further strengthen this spirit and ensure its consistent implementation across the WIKA Group.

Each component of the 4C approach was presented by different speakers, namely Awalia Rahmawati (Senior Manager, Risk Management Strategic WIKA), Syaiful Bahri (Expert II, Risk Management Strategic Department WIKA), Chandra Dian Ikawati (Expert II, Risk Management Strategic WIKA), and Muhammad Afis S (Junior Expert, Risk Management Strategic WIKA). The sessions consisted of material presentations followed by discussions and Q&A, enabling participants to gain a more practical and applicable understanding of each 4C aspect.

The Risk Warrior Summit is expected to serve as a concrete step toward strengthening risk governance, enhancing subsidiary resilience, and driving the achievement of sustainable business practices throughout the WIKA Group.
