Yogyakarta, August 29, 2025 — PT Wijaya Karya Realty (WIKA Realty), through one of its managed hotels, KHAS Malioboro Hotel, strengthened its tangible contribution to supporting sustainable education. This support was realized through the participation of WIKA Realty’s President Director, Fery Safaria, as one of the speakers at the Seminar of the Interfaculty of Medical Scientific Competition (“Intermedisco”) 2025, organized by the Scientific Medical Activities of Research and Technology Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Islam Indonesia Yogyakarta (“SMART FK UII”), on Friday (29/08) at the FK UII Auditorium, Yogyakarta.

This participation is part of WIKA Realty’s Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) program in the field of education, in line with the company’s commitment to the SDGs (Quality Education) and the implementation of ESG principles across its business lines, including realty, hotels, and property management.

Fery highlighted that applying a culture of hospitality in the patient journey creates a meaningful experience for patients, builds reputation, and fosters trust for them to return. “The application of a hospitality culture strengthens service quality, increases trust, and provides added value for the wider community,” he said.

At the seminar, which was attended by more than 100 participants, Fery Safaria delivered material on “Self-Branding Through Hospitality Culture.” In his presentation, Fery emphasized that hospitality is not merely about service, but a philosophy. “Hospitality is serving memories, making people feel valued, loved, and cared for. This principle aligns with WIKA Realty’s slogan ‘Serving with Heart’ in every aspect of its business, whether in realty, hotels, or property management,” said Fery.

Through this activity, WIKA Realty reaffirmed its commitment to continuously deliver impactful CSR programs, particularly in the field of education, as part of the company’s sustainable strategy across its realty, hotel, and property management sectors.
