WIKA Realty Continues Its Commitment to Social Impact, Tamansari Grand Samarinda Secures Top 3 for Highest Blood Donors from PMI Samarinda City

Samarinda, 14 November 2025 — Tamansari Grand Samarinda, one of the residential properties developed and managed by PT Wijaya Karya Realty (“WIKA Realty”), has won 3rd Place for the Highest Number of Blood Donors in the 2025 Community & Public Organization Category from the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) Samarinda City, as part of the commemoration of the 80th Anniversary of the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) in 2025.


The award was presented by the Deputy Mayor of Samarinda, H. Saefuddin Zuhri, SE., M.M, at GOR Segiri Samarinda on Thursday (13/11), and received by Iwan Satya Nugraha, Marketing Section Head of Tamansari Grand Samarinda. On this occasion, Saefuddin expressed his appreciation to the donors and organizers for their contribution to the community.


Iwan shared that this recognition serves as motivation for Tamansari Grand Samarinda to continue supporting social initiatives in the surrounding community. “Throughout 2025, Tamansari Grand Samarinda has held two blood donation events, collecting more than 60 bags of blood through our regular collaboration with PMI Samarinda City and the active involvement of our residents,” he said.


“This award is not only an appreciation for Tamansari Grand Samarinda but also a motivation for WIKA Realty to continue delivering meaningful and relevant social programs. We are committed to maintaining sustainability and strengthening community relations through initiatives such as blood donation,” added Saskia Ayu Megananda, Corporate Secretary of WIKA Realty. This initiative is part of WIKA Realty’s Social Responsibility (“TJSL”) Program, focusing on community empowerment and supporting Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 3: Good Health and Well-being through tangible contributions to public health.
