Jakarta, 29 May 2023 - PT Wijaya Karya Realty ("WIKA Realty") held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("AGMS") for the 2022 Fiscal Year on Monday (29/05) which was held at WIKA Tower 2, starting at 09.38 WIB and closed at 10.51 WIB.

WIKA Realty's Annual GMS was attended by all WIKA Realty Shareholders, namely PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk as the Majority Shareholder which in this GMS was represented by Hananto Aji as Director of Operations 1, Harum Akhmad Zuhdi as Director of Operations 2; PT Hotel Indonesia Natour represented by Christine Hutabarat as the Main Director, Indomore Harahap as the Director of Finance, Risk Management & HR; Karya Mitra Satya Consumer Cooperative represented by Adi Susetio as Secretary; PT Aero Wisata represented by Purwadi as Director; and the Wijaya Karya Foundation, represented by Mahendra Vijaya as Chair of the Foundation, Farid Nur Aidy as Secretary of the Foundation.

In implementing the 2022 Fiscal Year AGMS, WIKA Realty approved changes to the Members of the Board of Commissioners and changes to the position nomenclature of Members of the Board of Directors of the Company as follows:

In addition, in the implementation of the AGMS for the 2022 Fiscal Year it also approved and ratified the Company's Annual Report for the 2022 Fiscal Year including the Company's Activity Report, the Board of Commissioners' Supervisory Report, Ratification of the Company's Financial Statements for the 2022 Fiscal Year.
