Jakarta, May 9, 2025 — In an effort to foster a spirit of collaboration and align the company’s strategic direction, PT Wijaya Karya Realty (“WIKA Realty”) held a CEO Talk attended by the board of directors, management, and all employees in a hybrid format on Friday (05/09) at the Tamansari Room, 12th Floor, Tamansari Hive Office, East Jakarta.

The CEO Talk carried the theme “Empowering Sustainability”, reflecting the company’s commitment to accelerating sustainable transformation across all aspects of operations and governance. Fery Safaria, President Director of WIKA Realty, presented the company's turnaround strategy, strengthening governance based on transparency and accountability, and efforts to increase efficiency without compromising productivity.

Fery also emphasized that the company upholds the principles of good governance not merely as a formality, but as a core foundation in every decision-making process. In addition, Rizka Kautsar, Executive Vice President, introduced various transformation initiatives within the realty management, property management, and hotel & condotel management business units to reinforce business resilience while enhancing added value for stakeholders.

Adhi Priyanto Putro, Director of Development at WIKA Realty, stressed that consistency is the key to success. “WIKA Realty is like a home we must care for, because only with sustained commitment can we grow and progress together,” added Yoppi Priatmoko, Director of Finance, Human Capital and Risk Management of WIKA Realty.
