Jakarta, August 8, 2025 — PT Wijaya Karya Realty (“WIKA Realty”) held a QSHE Morning Talk featuring Mastur, Property Head of Tamansari Hive Office, who presented material on the Implementation of Fire Emergency Response Simulation at Tamansari Hive Office. The event took place on Friday (08/08) in a hybrid format at the Tamansari Festival Stage, GF Floor of Tamansari Hive Apartment, East Jakarta, and was attended by the board of directors, management, and all WIKA Realty employees.

In his presentation, Mastur explained that emergency response is a series of quick and planned actions to address emergencies such as fires, natural disasters, or accidents, with the aim of minimizing impact, saving lives, protecting property, and restoring normal conditions. “This simulation is not only about fulfilling compliance requirements, but also about building real preparedness in the field. Through structured training, we ensure all building occupants understand their roles and the actions to take when emergencies occur,” he said.

WIKA Realty’s commitment to safety and zero accidents has been proven through various preventive measures and continuous training, and was further recognized with the Zero Accident Award, including for Tamansari Hive Office—acknowledging the successful implementation of a safe work culture within the property.

The material shared covered preparation, execution, and evaluation stages, ranging from equipment checks and evacuation training to feedback provided by the Fire and Rescue Department (Damkar) team. “The evaluation stage involves listening to input and suggestions from the Damkar team, identifying strengths and areas for improvement, and setting an ideal timeframe for emergency drills,” added Mastur.

The event concluded with a lively interactive quiz, awarding Tamansari Festival shopping vouchers to participants who answered correctly. Through this initiative, WIKA Realty hopes that all employees will gain a deeper understanding of emergency response procedures and be ready to apply them quickly and effectively in the event of an emergency.
