Jakarta, December 20, 2024 — PT Wijaya Karya Realty (“WIKA Realty”) participated in the sharing knowledge event titled “Synergy in Asset Optimization Through the Highest and Best Use Approach” organized by the State Asset Management Agency (“LMAN”) on Thursday (19/12) at the A.A. Maramis Building, Central Jakarta. The event featured three key speakers: Rachmat Kurniawan, Head of the Sub-Directorate for Property and Natural Resource Valuation Standardization at the Directorate General of State Assets (“DJKN”); Mahdi, Director of Operations and Risk Management at LMAN; and Hoshi M. Hutabarat, Senior Marketing Expert at WIKA Realty.

Also in attendance were Ronny Wuisan, Director of Marketing Property & Realty at WIKA Realty; Fianty Triswara, Vice President of Corporate Marketing at WIKA Realty; and Nohandika Anggadibowo, Realty Manager of Tamansari Laswi City.

The speakers presented various insightful topics: Rachmat Kurniawan from DJKN discussed the highest and best use approach; Mahdi from LMAN elaborated on asset optimization through advisory services and AESIA; and Hoshi M. Hutabarat from WIKA Realty shared strategies for developing Tamansari Laswi City using marketing intelligence. During the session, Hoshi introduced the Home Ownership program, aimed at helping attendees easily acquire comfortable, practical, and affordable housing. He explained, “Through the Tamansari brand, we offer a variety of housing options, from landed houses to apartments, located in various cities across Indonesia.”

Hoshi further highlighted several prime housing projects, including Tamansari Cyber, Tamansari Bintaro Mansion, and Tamansari Puri Bali Aruna in Java (specifically in the Greater Jakarta area); Tamansari Swarna in Sumatra; Tamansari Metropolitan Manado and Tamansari Skylounge Makassar in Sulawesi; and Tamansari Skylounge Balikpapan and Tamansari Grand Samarinda in Kalimantan.
