Jakarta, July 4, 2025 — During the Transformation Sharing session held in a hybrid format on Friday (04/07) at the 15th floor of Tamansari Hive Office, East Jakarta, WIKA Realty officially introduced WIRA (WIKA Realty Intelligent Assistant), an AI-powered virtual assistant accessible via the WhatsApp platform. The event was attended by the Board of Directors and employees of WIKA Realty.

Through this integrated platform, WIRA is designed to assist in service ticket management, data requests, and the delivery of HR-related information more quickly and efficiently. The presentation was delivered by Hardiyanto, System Development & Security Manager, and Akhmad Nurfauzan, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Staff from the Engineering & Transformation Division.

In his explanation, Hardiyanto stated that WIRA is not only intended for internal company communication but will also be developed to support external user needs. "WIRA was developed to provide easier access to property-related information, project locations, unit availability, and ongoing promotions in a faster and more convenient manner," he explained.

Akhmad Nurfauzan added that WIRA was developed with a focus on user-friendliness. "Our goal is for WIRA to be usable by anyone without requiring technical training. We applied AI Engineering principles and the MLOps approach in its development, allowing the system to continuously improve based on user needs," he continued.

Currently, WIRA is in its initial implementation stage. Further development is planned to expand service coverage, refine interactions, and integrate with other internal information systems. This initiative is part of the ongoing digital transformation process at WIKA Realty.
