Jakarta, 31 March 2023 — In order to support the implementation of the Sarinah Building Transformation by PT Wijaya Karya Realty (or referred to as "WIKA Realty"), a syndicate of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk ("Bank Mandiri") together with PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Papua (" BPD Papua”) and PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Maluku and North Maluku (“BPD Maluku and North Maluku”) provided financial assistance. In providing this syndicated loan, Bank Mandiri also acts as a Mandated Lead Arranger and Bookrunner.

The signing of the Syndicated Credit Agreement and other documents was carried out on Thursday (30/03), at the WIKA Realty Head Office, Tamansari Hive Office, East Jakarta and was attended by the Main Director of WIKA Realty, Agus Haryoto Widodo; President Director of PT Sarinah, Fetty Kwartati; Group Head Corporate Banking 1 PT Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk, Nina Sukanti Ekawati; Business Director of PT Papua Regional Development Bank, Sadar Sebayang; Marketing Director of PT Maluku and North Maluku Regional Development Bank, Jetty Likur.

The transformation of the Sarinah Building, which began in August 2020, is a BUMN synergy between Sarinah and WIKA Realty in the form of Build Operate Transfer (BOT).

WIKA Realty is the holder of Concession Rights over the Sarinah Building for 30 years starting from August 8, 2022.
