WIKA Realty Promotes a Healthy Lifestyle Through the “Long-Term Health Investment” Seminar

Jakarta, September 30, 2025 — PT Wijaya Karya Realty (“WIKA Realty”) held a Health Talk themed *“Long-Term Health Investment”* as part of the company’s Individual Health Development Plan (“IHDP”) program. The hybrid event, held on Tuesday (09/30) at Tamansari Hive Office, East Jakarta, was attended by more than 200 participants, including the board of directors, management, and all employees. The Health Talk featured Yoppi Priatmoko, Director of Finance, Human Capital, and Risk Management at WIKA Realty, as well as Dr. Christin Tobing, SpGK, FINEM, AIFO-K, a Clinical Nutrition Specialist.


The seminar was opened by Yoppi Priatmoko, Director of Finance, Human Capital, and Risk Management at WIKA Realty, who emphasized the importance of maintaining health from an early age as a future investment. He explained that the IHDP program is a strategic initiative aimed at fostering a healthy lifestyle culture through activities such as Mini Medical Check-Ups, body composition measurements, and regular health talks on various wellness topics.


Also present was Dr. Christin Tobing, SpGK, FINEM, AIFO-K, who delivered a session titled *“Smart Healthy Habits”* and shared practical guidance on balanced nutrition, consisting of 50% fruits and vegetables, 25% protein, and 25% complex carbohydrates. “Start with small habits like staying hydrated, maintaining a regular sleep schedule, and engaging in physical activity. When done consistently, these simple actions can have a significant long-term impact on your health,” she said.


The event concluded with a Mini Medical Check-Up (“MCU”) for all employees, which included blood pressure, cholesterol, uric acid, and blood sugar examinations, supported by RS Mitra Keluarga and BRI Life. Through this initiative, WIKA Realty reaffirms its commitment to supporting the implementation of the IHDP program in building a healthy workplace culture and raising employee awareness about the importance of maintaining good health.
