Bogor, February 1, 2025 — PT Wijaya Karya Realty ("WIKA Realty") participated in AKHLAK Camp 2025, organized by PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk ("WIKA") on January 31 – February 1, 2025, at Wikasatrian, Bogor. The event, themed "Passionate Collaboration for a Great Future," was attended by 100 selected Change Agents from the WIKA Group, including four representatives from WIKA Realty: Intan Qurrotul, Fadli Fauzan, M. Nawawi, and M. Agung Suryanto. AKHLAK Camp aimed to internalize transformation values to drive collective progress.

On the first day, participants attended an inspirational session led by Agung Budi Waskito, President Director of WIKA, who emphasized the company’s vision as a trusted and sustainable infrastructure solutions provider. Hadjar Seti Adji, Director of Human Capital Management and Transformation at WIKA, highlighted that AKHLAK serves as the foundation of corporate transformation. Participants also engaged in a “Design Thinking Meets AKHLAK” workshop led by Dwi Indra Purnomo, where they developed creative solutions using the Design Thinking approach to implement AKHLAK values.

The second day began with an "Inspiring Leadership Stories" session, delivered by Sumadi, Director of Risk Management & Legal at WIKA, who shared resilience lessons from the 1998 financial crisis. Additionally, Adityo Kusumo, Director of Finance at WIKA, encouraged participants to discover their "noble purpose" in their careers. The event continued with a "Morning Adventure", featuring trekking, AKHLAK-based outbound games, and a symbolic bridge-building activity led by SVP of Human Capital, Suli Fatimah.

WIKA Realty demonstrated its commitment with outstanding achievements at AKHLAK Camp 2025. M. Agung Suryanto and M. Nawawi were recognized among the TOP 20 Participants, while three out of four WIKA Realty representatives were selected as Captains in the Empowering AKHLAK Outbound Groups.
