Manado, 8 November 2025 – PT Wijaya Karya Realty (“WIKA Realty”), through one of its properties—Tamansari Metropolitan Manado—collaborated with Sekolah Murid Merdeka and HiveEdu to hold an educational program titled “Grow and Glow: Growing Happy with Your Child” at Cluster Lihaga, Paniki Bawah, Mapanget District, Manado City on Saturday (08/11). The event featured psychologist Eva Silia Kaumbur, M.Psi. as the main speaker and was attended by dozens of parents along with their children aged 4–5 years.

Roby Kurniawan, Realty Manager of Tamansari Metropolitan Manado, noted in his opening remarks, “We are committed to creating a residential environment that is not only comfortable but also family-oriented. The environment in which children grow plays a crucial role in shaping their character and happiness in the future.” This commitment was demonstrated through the implementation of this educational activity as a form of real support for child and family development within the Tamansari Metropolitan Manado community.

Through seminars and interactive sessions, the program aimed to enhance parents’ understanding of the importance of age-appropriate developmental stimulation, enabling children to grow optimally in physical, cognitive, and socio-emotional aspects. In her presentation, Eva emphasized that early childhood education is not solely about academic abilities but also about building character and long-term emotional balance.

In addition to the educational session, the event featured engaging activities such as eco-printing using natural materials and free trial coding for kindergarten-aged children—designed to introduce logical thinking from an early age. Manggala Hadi Prawira, Marketing Section Head of Tamansari Metropolitan Manado, added that facilities such as green parks, places of worship, and the sport club provide positive interaction spaces for families. Through this collaborative program, WIKA Realty hopes to encourage more families in Manado to help create an environment that supports the holistic happiness and development of children.
