Jakarta, January 18, 2025 – One of the sport clubs owned by PT Wijaya Karya Realty ("WIKA Realty"), Tamansari Sportclub Persada Kemala, held the Tamansari Fun Swimming event as part of its 25th Anniversary celebration. This inaugural event took place at Tamansari Sportclub Persada Kemala in Bekasi on Saturday (January 18), with 200 participants and 340 race categories.

"The purpose of holding Tamansari Fun Swimming is to foster children's confidence in competing, while also showcasing the excellence of Tamansari Sportclub Persada Kemala," said Intan Qurrotul Aini, Property Head of Tamansari Sportclub Persada Kemala. Intan also added that all participants received medals and certificates as a form of appreciation.

"Tamansari Fun Swimming is the right initiative to introduce and develop Tamansari Academy as a platform to nurture the skills and potential of the younger generation in sports," said Saskia Ayu Megananda, Corporate Secretary of WIKA Realty.

The Tamansari Fun Swimming event featured two categories: 4-8 years old with 25m breaststroke with kickboard, 25m freestyle with kickboard, 25m breaststroke, 25m freestyle, and 25m freestyle + fins; and 9-12 years old with 25m breaststroke, 25m freestyle, and 25m freestyle + fins. Participants included internal members from Tamansari Sports Club Jabodetabek and external members from around 15 swimming clubs from various regions, including the farthest club from Indramayu, West Java.

The Tamansari Fun Swimming event was previously held at Tamansari Sportclub Persada Bogor on December 14, 2024. Through this event, WIKA Realty is committed to continuing its positive contribution in building self-confidence and fostering a competitive spirit among children in Indonesia.
