PT Wijaya Karunia Realtindo, also called “WKR”, was established on September 29, 2017 through the Deed of Establishment No. 39 dated September 29, 2017 made before Sunarni, SH., A Notary in Jakarta. WKR carries the business plan of residential project development in Cakung, East Jakarta. Until now, the project development process is in the stage of land acquisition. In its business activities, WKR develops a mixed use building consisting of office buildings, commercial areas, hotels and apartments, convention centers and sport centers, which adopt the smart city concept.
