PT Hotel Indonesia Properti, also known as “HIPRO”, was established on April 28, 2021 based on the Deed of Establishment No. 24 dated April 28, 2021 drawn up before Titiek Irawati Sugianto, Bachelor of Law, Notary in Central Jakarta. The deed of establishment has been approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number AHU-0029191.AH.01.02 Year 2021 dated April 28, 2021. HIPRO is a company engaged in the hospitality business. HIPRO is a special purpose vehicle (SPV) which was established in the context of SOE Hotel Holding establishment. With 11 hotel units that have been established for a long time and are spread in various provinces in Indonesia, making HIPRO’s hotel units already have loyal customers and a fairly large market share among developing hotels. In addition to maximizing room sales, various innovations, especially in the field of Food & Beverages, are also continuously improved for service excellence in order to achieve World Class Hotel standards while maintaining a distinctive Indonesian personality.
