PT Wika Realty Minor Development, also called “WRMD”, was established on December 3, 2015 through the Deed of Establishment No. 4 dated December 3, 2015 made before Karin Christiana Basoeki, SH., Notary in Jakarta. WRMD carries out the hotel and villa development and construction business in Ubud, Bali, under the brand “Anantara Ubud”. The WRMD development area in Ubud covers 41,540 m2 consisting of 50 units of suite room hotel, 28 units of 1 (one) bedroom villa and 22 units of 2 (two) bedroom villa. WRMD develops a business model of selling several Villa units to Anantara Vacation Club (AVC) which is a sub-part of Minor Hotel Group and several Villa units to Private Owners which are then managed again by WRMD by providing benefits to buyers.
