PT Jakarta River City, also called “JRC”, was officially established on November 30, 2016 through the Deed of Establishment No. 41 dated November 30, 2016 made before Karin Christiana Basoeki, SH., Notary in Jakarta. Jakarta River City’s development area consists of 8 (eight) apartments and 1 (one) office building with supporting retail facilities covering an area of 60,322 m2. This area is located on Jl. MT. Haryono, planned to become a new business district in East Jakarta. This area will be developed with the concept of Transit Oriented Development (TOD) with easy access to public transportation modes ranging from LRT, Commuter Line, Busway, Inner-City Toll Gate and so forth.
