The deed of establishment has been approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia No. 02-12.057 HT.01.01 Year 1997 dated November 20, 1997. SPI is a company engaged in the hospitality business. As of December 31, 2021, WIKA Realty represents 100.00% shares of all shares with valid voting rights issued by SPI, SPI is the company that manages Kila Senggigi Beach Hotel and Lombok Pool Villa Club.
