Bandung, 6 November 2025 – The commitment of PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (“WIKA”) and PT Wijaya Karya Realty (“WIKA Realty”) to developing community-based productive areas continues to receive positive attention. Tamansari Laswi City, a historic district managed by WIKA and WIKA Realty, is now being prepared to become one of the key MSME hubs and is planned to serve as the pilot project for the government’s “Pasar 1,001 Malam” program—an initiative aimed at boosting the creative economy and strengthening the urban MSME ecosystem.

The visit of the Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Cultural Affairs (“Menko PMK”), Abdul Muhaimin Iskandar or “Cak Imin,” along with the Minister of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (“MSME”), Maman Abdurrahman, to Tamansari Laswi City on Wednesday (5/11) marked an important milestone in this plan. The delegation was welcomed by the management of WIKA Realty and PT Kereta Api Indonesia (“KAI”), as well as ministry representatives.

Adhi Priyanto Putro, Director of Development at WIKA Realty, reaffirmed the company’s commitment to establishing Tamansari Laswi City as a model for inclusive and community-empowering urban development. “Empowerment is not only focused on MSMEs but also on creative communities and local residents so they can grow together within a sustainable economic ecosystem,” he said. The district—carrying the tagline “More Than Just a Space”—stands as concrete proof that state-owned assets can be productively utilized while also preserving historical and social heritage.
