Jakarta, October 6, 2025 — PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. (“WIKA”) held the 2025 Subsidiary Change Leader and Change Agent Pinning Ceremony on Monday (10/6) at the WIKA Tower II Auditorium, East Jakarta. The event was attended by Hadjar Seti Aji, Director of Human Capital and Transformation Management; Fafan Khoirul Fanani, Director of Risk and Legal Management; as well as directors and representatives from subsidiaries receiving the Change Agent pins, including WIKA Realty, represented by Adhi Priyanto Putro, Director of Development and Marketing.

In his remarks, Hadjar Seti Aji emphasized that change is not only about appearance but also about a sustained commitment from everyone within the WIKA Group. “Change Leaders and Change Agents are the frontliners of cultural transformation, driving the company toward excellence and sustainable performance,” said Hadjar.

On this occasion, Adhi Priyanto Putro, Director of Development and Marketing of WIKA Realty, received the Change Leader pin directly from Hadjar Seti Aji. Additionally, 26 out of 32 WIKA Realty Change Agents were pinned by Adhi Priyanto Putro, witnessed by Hadjar Seti Aji.

The selected Change Agents went through an assessment process based on character (AKHLAK), talent (nine-box category), and performance—criteria that determine their readiness to drive cultural change within the organization.
